Shipping Information

By ordering our products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Delivery: Orders received after 3 P.M. MST will be processed the next working day (excluding holidays and weekends). In the case of an insufficient quantity all product items available will be shipped with the out of stock product shipping as soon as available.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be F.O.B. point of destination and title shall pass to buyer upon acceptance at the final delivery point. Risk of damages or loss following shipment and after acceptance of shipment by buyer shall be the responsibility of buyer. Damages during shipment are considered the responsibility of the shipping agent. Products found to be defective in workmanship or material are the responsibility of the seller and will be replaced at seller’s expense.

Shipping Method: Unless otherwise requested, all Dirty Hand Tools (referred to as DHT henceforth) products will be shipped by whatever means and carrier that DHT considers to be the most appropriate method of transportation. Carriers include FedEx, USPS and UPS Ground (typically 3-5 days). All product prices include shipping and handling unless otherwise noted. Expedited delivery and overnight delivery may be available at purchaser’s expense. Contact customer service for shipping inquiries.

Returns: To return a product you must contact our service department for authorization. A restocking fee may be applicable and the consumer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A refund will be processed, when approved, within 14 working days upon the receipt of the returned product in its original working condition. Defective products will be replaced at no cost with similar products. Refunds will be granted upon examination of the returned defective product. Products returned because of a defect will be refunded in full, including return shipping charges.

Material and equipment supplied by seller shall be received subject to buyer’s inspection and approval within a reasonable time after delivery, notwithstanding prior payment. If specifications or warranties are not met, material and equipment may be returned at seller’s expense. No material or equipment returned to seller as defective or for any other reason shall be replaced or cost refunded to buyer without DHT’s prior authorization.
